    decent stay, but not perfect

    The hosts were friendly and eager to help. The gardens showcased beautiful maintenance. Our room was impeccably clean and well-equipped for cooking, which significantly improved our experience. I appreciated the fast heating of the room on a cold day, ensuring a cozy environment for us all. My children enjoyed the variety of DVDs available.

    the shower water pressure was super low 😩 but the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were cozy! loved the clean vibe of the place and the area was so quiet for a great sleep! !

    we were in dunedin for 1 day, had real good stay, the hotel was tidy with quiet and strategic location close to city center. the view was lovely, the service was excellent.

    The motel is in a good location with easy access to the beach and public transport. The studio was spacious, with excellent kitchen facilities that allowed for home-cooked meals. The surrounding neighborhood was rather noisy was nice, and there were limited dining options within walking distance.

    The staff was incredibly welcoming and very pleasant - I would love to stay here again. It was a great stay on holidays. The location was great and unbeatable for visiting casinos and pubs close to the hotel. The property was close to the beach...
